Important update on driving in Bulgaria: starting 07th August 2012 motorists should drive with headlights on low beam (or if the vehicle is equipped with day-lights) during day and night, all year round. Forgetting to do so - will cost you a 50 LV (about 25 EUR) police ticket. The change comes in power today 07th August 2012, following an up-date of the Bulgarian Traffic Law.
That's okay. The safety of everyone is much more important.
